**Front Desk & Guest Relations**  
Assist guests with check-ins, reservations, and local experiences.  
*Requirements:* Good communication skills, basic English, friendly and organized.

**Restaurant Staff & Cooks**  
Support kitchen and dining operations using farm-fresh ingredients.  
*Requirements:* Previous hospitality or kitchen experience preferred.

**Dive Assistants & Boat Crew**  
Join our SSI-certified dive operations and daily excursions.  
*Requirements:* Dive certification or willingness to train, safety-oriented mindset.

**Maintenance & Groundskeeping**  
Help maintain resort facilities and gardens with pride and precision.  
*Requirements:* Skilled with tools, proactive, and eco-conscious.
